暑假接近尾声,孩子们也要重返校园啦!从假期的轻松散漫到上学的紧张有序,这种转变必然有一个适应的过程。但如何帮孩子收心成了很多家长担心的问题。其实,帮助孩子平稳过度到开学,从生理到心理都应该有个计划。

很多孩子在假期形成了晚睡、晚起等不良的生活作息,如果不提前调节,开学之初通常会出现注意力不集中、精神不佳的状态。家长不妨和孩子一起按照平日上学的时间作息,保证充足的睡眠,孩子才能适应开学的节奏。
