We're pleased to inform the parents of the related matters of the new school year. Please cooperate with the school to complete the work of the autumn term.
Return to School Schedule
According to the requirements of the administrative department and the school calendar, the return to school schedule is as follows.
1st September (Year5, Year6, Year9)
2nd September (Year3, Year4, Year8)
3rd September (Year1, Year2, Year7)
According to the epidemic prevention requirements, the school makes every effort to ensure the opening of the school. Students and staff are arranged to come to the school for testing 7 days and 48 hours before the opening. Students can also choose the nearest epidemic prevention point for testing.
All staff and students must have their identity, green health code, and temperature checked when entering the school.
Children need to pay extra attention to personal hygiene and physical exercise. Develop good hygiene habits and improve self-protection ability.
If the child has a fever or other physical discomfort, the first preliminary diagnosis should be made in the school clinic. The school will inform the parents according to the condition of the student. The student should contact the head teacher and the school medical office in advance and bring the relevant medical certificate.
The school will strictly implement the daily temperature detection of students in the morning, afternoon and evening, and earnestly do a good job in temperature detection and registration.
The school will ensure that students eat at a certain distance, to ensure that there is no face-to-face dining or chatting.
Students should minimise or avoid taking public transportation on their's way to or from school. If they need to take public transportation, they must wear masks at all times. After school, try not to go to places where there are many people, and try to keep a distance of more than one meter from people.
On the way back to and from school, should to remind their children to pay attention to traffic safety.
Obey the traffic rules, don't run red lights, don't climb over fences.
If you are under 12, no riding bicycles,no seating on the front-passenger seat. At the same time, do not use skateboards, electric balance scooters in the driveway.
When crossing the road, students should use zebra crossings and other crossing facilities to prevent running red lights and illegal behaviors, and to minimise the occurrence of multiple people in parallel.
Do not play around vehicles, and please fasten your seat belts. When you board the car, Parents have to exercise civilized driving.
When taking the school bus, get on and off the bus orderly fashion, do not extend any part of your body out of the bus, and do not throw items out the windows.
Take good care of your belongings on the way to school. Don't give your luggage to strangers to take care of it so as not to lose it.
Tell your child to travel together as much as possible on the way to and from school. If they meet strangers on the way, they should be vigilant and ask the police for help if necessary.
Remember your parents' names, phone numbers, workplace names and addresses, and buildings around your home address.
